TikTok took down more than 25 million videos in Pakistan during the second quarter of 2025, as part of its ongoing efforts to enforce community standards and promote safe content on the platform.
Between April and June, the company removed a total of 25,448,992 videos originating from Pakistani users for violating its Community Guidelines. Of these, 99.7% were taken down proactively, before users could report them, while 96.2% were removed within 24 hours of being uploaded.
The figures were released in TikTok’s Q2 2025 Community Guidelines Enforcement Report, which outlines the platform’s content moderation efforts across different regions. While the report includes global enforcement data, the figures from Pakistan reflect a growing focus on local moderation as the app continues to expand its user base in the country.
TikTok said its quarterly reports aim to keep users informed about the nature of content removals and the steps being taken to uphold platform integrity. The full report, including data from previous quarters and further details on TikTok’s safety tools and policies, is available through the company’s Transparency Center in both Urdu and English.
