Air Link Creates New Subsidiary to Manufacture Phones, Laptops and More in Pakistan

Air Link Communication Limited has announced the formation of a wholly owned subsidiary, ZEXO Technologies (Private) Limited, as part of its strategy to expand its footprint in the technology sector. The company’s board approved the move at a meeting held on December 1, 2025, according to a notice sent to the Pakistan Stock Exchange.

Air Link will invest Rs. 200 million in the new venture, dividing the capital into 20 million ordinary shares of Rs. 10 each. ZEXO Technologies will focus on the manufacturing, import, export, distribution, retail, and e-commerce operations of smartphones, laptops, related accessories, electronics, home appliances, and other technology products from selected additional brands.

The new subsidiary is expected to strengthen Air Link’s position in Pakistan’s fast-growing technology market and diversify its product offerings across multiple segments, including consumer electronics and e-commerce.

The company said the move aligns with its long-term growth strategy and commitment to innovation in the tech sector.
